Shipping Policy

A free delivery option is available for orders from our online shop only to the UK Mainland only.

PLS Concrete Batching Plant Spares & Supplies Ltd will aim to despatch your order the same working day, Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays if we receive your order before 12:00.

If for any reason we cannot despatch your order within this time period it will be despatched the following working day.

Please note for orders valued over £135 to business in Northern Ireland will require a customs declaration.

The buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes.

PLS Concrete Batching Plant Spares & Supplies use a variety of delivery services for all options presented at the checkout stage.

In summary:
UK

Standard orders under 1 Kg are usually dispatched with either Royal Mail 2nd Class or Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For; either as Large Letters or Small Parcels. Orders over 1 Kg are usually dispatched using a courier's (DPD, FedEx, Hermes, or TNT) standard service; usually offering delivery within 2 - 4 business days.

Express orders under 1 Kg are usually dispatched with either Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For; either as Large Letters or Small Parcels. Orders over 1 Kg are usually dispatched using a courier's (DPD, FedEx, Hermes, or TNT) express service; usually offering delivery within 1 - 2 business days.

Please note, delivery times may be longer for remote areas with limited transport links such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands of Scotland, and Northern Ireland.

We may at our discretion upgrade your delivery at our cost.

Shipping

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you believe your dissatisfaction to be caused by an error on our part, contact us initially and we will discuss arranging a return label for you and pickup if applicable. In this case, we will cover any return shipping costs.

Please make sure you inform us within 3 days of receipt of any faults when you inspect the goods

Non Delivery

Claims for missing items or the non delivery of orders must be made within 28 days of the despatch date. All trackable orders will have a P.O.D. signature showing the delivery date and who signed for it.

Collections

To help prevent fraud, please provide proof of purchase and a form of identity on orders placed for collection.
