Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Please complete this Returns Form to initiate and help with the returns process.

Shipping

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you believe your dissatisfaction to be caused by an error on our part, contact us initially and we will discuss arranging a return label for you and pickup if applicable. In this case, we will cover any return shipping costs.

In all other cases, you will be responsible for the cost of any return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Please make sure you inform us within 3 days of receipt of any faults when you inspect the goods.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions & Non-returnable Items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
